View Vacation History
This report provides the detail of every vacation period that a
given employee has taken during his tenure with the company.
User may click on List (upper right) to see a list of all existing
employees -active or terminated- under that company code. Click on
View History (far right) to gain access to employee vacation
history report.
Viewing a particular employee Vacation History Report:
- Select Dates: User may use drop down menu to select a certain
period of time. The option 'Custom' is included, so the user can
set a particular date range.
- Employee ID: Enter employee WIN, or ID.
- First Names: If employee WIN was entered, then the name fields
can be left blank.
- Last Names: If employee WIN was entered, then the name fields
can be left blank.
- Click on Submit so the system shows the vacation history
report.
The following information is included in the vacation history
report:
- Anniversary - Employee length of service in the company at the
time of taking his vacation period.
- Enjoyment Date - Date when the employee actually used his
vacation days.
- Include Payment - 'Yes' indicates paid vacation.
- Payment Date - It refers to the date when vacation time was
actually paid. This may have occurred before or after the employee
vacation enjoyment date.
- Number Days - It refers to the specific number of vacation days
the employee is entitled to take depending on his tenure with the
company.
- Payment Amount - It is the amount paid -in local currency- for
employee vacation time.
