View Vacation History


This report provides the detail of every vacation period that a given employee has taken during his tenure with the company.
User may click on List (upper right) to see a list of all existing employees -active or terminated- under that company code. Click on View History (far right) to gain access to employee vacation history report.

Viewing a particular employee Vacation History Report:
  1. Select Dates: User may use drop down menu to select a certain period of time. The option 'Custom' is included, so the user can set a particular date range.
  2. Employee ID: Enter employee WIN, or ID.
  3. First Names: If employee WIN was entered, then the name fields can be left blank.
  4. Last Names: If employee WIN was entered, then the name fields can be left blank.
  5. Click on Submit so the system shows the vacation history report.
